The staff were attentive to our needs during our stay.
I was given a room that did not meet our reservation, and while we eventually got a better room, the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. I also faced issues with management regarding our late checkout which felt very unprofessional.

The room service was quick, and the staff, particularly Deepak, made sure all my needs were met during my time there. However, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell, which marred my experience. Even after I reported it, the issue lingered for a while. There was also noise from a bar upstairs, making the evenings quite disruptive. I had booked a second night online, but reception informed me they were overbooked without any proper apology. Despite these inconveniences, the cleanliness of the rooms and the supportive attitude of the staff kept my spirits up.
