The room was spotless and neat, and I really enjoyed having a terrace. This hotel is conveniently located near the Khar Road railway station, making it easy to catch trains into the city. 🌟.

The atmosphere created was comfortable. This was a comfortable and decent location adjacent to a major business district, Mumbai for nearly 2 weeks, and good shops and night life. And there was Big Tuna Fish Co with short-orders near the venue, super convenient.
I had frugal breakfast, it could be better.

Will help if they put foot mats, tumblers and body lotion in the toilets, and keep some paper coasters in the room

Complimentary airport pick up and drop.
The hotel has moth balls in the shower, sink and beside the toilet. The entire hotel smelled like moth balls and until I moved the mothballs from the shower and sink, running water released the poisonous fumes and made me sick. Also, the hotel chargers about 4x the going rate for car rental and the management does not allow the staff to assist with car rentals from outside agencies.

Good overall - excellent service to and from the airport. Good breakfast and food with order in was very good. My room was very clean. Area is a good example of India and for that reason alone is a lot more interesting than staying in the standard brand names for 3X's as much. West train to Churchgate is only a 5 minute walk.

Swerves the purpose for short visit to the city. Free airport drop and pick up. All the basic facilities.
Restaurant quality is poor. You have to pay for wifi and also every little things. Inflexible hotel management. This hotel can be excellent for short business trips with some common sense approach .

All arrangements were perfectly executed. Airport transfers on time; hotel check-in less than 3 minutes!! Friendly & helpful staff. Way far above my expectations.
